President
Louise’s ongoing commitment to customer service has positioned Parmac as one of Canada’s leading outbound B2B Call Centres. As Parmac’s company president and CEO, Louise is responsible for the strategic leadership and financial management of the company and establishing organizational goals and priorities.

Jay Lekavy
Program Director
Jay’s knowledge of call centre processes and ability to implement marketing campaigns of all magnitudes are invaluable assets to Parmac. Jay is responsible for directing and executing client programs and manages our valued Customer Service Team. Jay works closely with customers, develops the Customer/CSR training sessions, and oversees Quality Assurance and Daily reporting processes.

Kristine Large
Digital Solutions Director
Kristine’s background in digital marketing allows her to understand the steps that a company or brand needs to take to grow or improve its online presence. She supports the customer every step of the way with the development and management of a marketing strategy. She helps deliver creative tools and materials and then analyzes the effectiveness of those solutions. She works closely with clients and uses a personalized approach to ensure their needs and goals are met.

Val Toppin
Business Development
As a key member of the Business Development Team, Val is responsible for redesigning and implementing sales and marketing B2B strategies to optimize market potential and increase revenue and lead generation. Ultimately, Val’s role is to help our clients improve the results of qualifying their target markets, creating lead generation and increasing sales.
