Our Customer Service & Business Development Agents provide the front-line link between our clients and their prospects. At Parmac, we take this position VERY seriously. Our Requirements
- Superior listening skills
- 1-2 years of customer service experience is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional telephone manner
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Competent in Office 360 and CRMs
- Proficient in English—bilingual (English/French) preferred
- Energetic and driven
- Strong organization skills
- Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external contacts
- Available Mon-Fri 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Digital Marketing Specialists
Our Digital Marketing Specialists work with customers to provide solutions that enable their business to grow online. They are friendly and passionate marketers with a customer-centric outlook. We hire keen individuals who have a demonstrated understanding of best online practices and how digital marketing strategy contributes to a business’s core functions.
